What we collect, why, and how to control it.

1. Introduction

OmniQuant is operated by Global Nexus EXIM (OPC) Private Limited (CIN: U47912UP2025OPC215257). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We segment collection into three buckets: (a) data you give us during signup or via the product UI, (b) data collected automatically (device info, IP address — possibly hashed, usage logs, cookies), and (c) data we receive from third parties (KYC vendor, payment processor confirmations, blockchain transaction hashes).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform
  • Personalize market views and prediction surfaces
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorised access
  • Process subscriptions and payments
  • Send transactional and (with consent) product communications
  • Meet legal, regulatory, and tax obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We share data only with processors strictly required to run the service (cloud hosting, payment gateways, KYC vendor) and when legally compelled. Each processor is bound by a data-processing agreement.

5. Data Security

  • Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3)
  • No storage of full payment-card numbers; tokenisation via processors
  • Multi-factor authentication available on all accounts
  • Least-privilege access controls; regular audits

6. Data Retention

See the matrix above for category-by-category retention. Account data is kept for the life of the account plus 1 year; usage logs up to 13 months; payment / tax records 7 years where mandated.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for sessions and minimal first-party analytics. Browser-level opt-outs are respected. We do not share data with third-party advertising networks.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of your personal data
  • Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion — request deletion (subject to legal retention)
  • Portability — request your data in a portable format
  • Objection — object to certain processing
  • Withdraw consent — withdraw consent where consent is the basis

9. International Data Transfers

We process data in the regions where our cloud providers operate (primarily India and the US). Cross-border transfers use standard contractual clauses where applicable.

10. Children’s Privacy

OmniQuant is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we hold such data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

11. Changes to this Policy

Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

12. Account Deletion

  • Some data may be retained for legal / tax / compliance obligations
  • Transaction records cannot be deleted on demand
  • Deletion is irreversible; any remaining subscription or backer-granted access ends with the account

14. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
